Login As Administrator From Welcome Screen

Enter the following command in the Administrator mode.

Type cmd in the Vista Start Run box and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter.

To active Administrator account, type:

net user Administrator /active:yes

To deactivate Administrator account, type:

net user Administrator /active:no
